Requirement Gathering
The first thing we do is take the client’s requirements, including job profiles, skill criteria, the number of hiring, wages, nationalities, and all the important information regarding the job.
Documentation
In the second step, the job seekers must provide the required documents, such as demand letters, powers of attorney, specimen agreements, and other documents specific to their country.
Invitation Letters and Scheduling of Interviews
After receiving the representative visa, we agree with the client on a mutually convenient schedule for the interview. The invitation letter enables the client to stamp the delegate’s visa, and the candidate can travel for the interview.
Dispatching Documents and Medical Status
The next step is to dispatch the documents and photos of the candidates selected from different locations in one lot, as well as the medical fitness report.
Processing of Visas and Deployment of Workers
We then send the documents of the selected candidates from different locations, including their photos, along with their medical fitness reports.
